Many users in my organisation are facing the problem of Check in Process in Easy DMS.
We have many folders in the Easy DMS and there are subfolders inside. When someone tries to drag the document from say desktop into the folder,
DIR will get created but the original file will not be checked in . When Tried to Check in using options in Easy DMS , User will get error message like the file is not availble in checked out part. This happens to few users and few others are able to do this without issues.
I appriciate if someone can explain me what makes Easy DMS behave like this.
