Change in status network For superseded and obsolete Status

Hi All

Users are incorrectly changing the status of Controlled Documents from Superseded (SU) and Obsolete (OB)…….. to Cancelled (CA).

SAP DMS Process should not allow Controlled Documents that are status Superseded (SU) or Obsolete (OB) to be changed to status Cancelled (CA).

According to me Cancelled status can be attend at any stage. there is no Configuration like excluding Cancelled status from any 1 of the status.

kindly suggest on this Issue as how we can Approach on this
