Integration of DMS with CRM

Dear Team,

We are using ECC 6.0 patch level 6 and CRM 7.03 along with portal.

We are planning to install contenet server and config in ECC for DMS. We need to add documents or originals in CRM for the following transactions:

1. Business Proposal

2. Vehicle Finance

3. Service Promotion activity claim

4. Spares

Is there any standard way which we can do this. Can we use any methodology for doing this other than connecting ECC DMS.

or else I am thinking of connecting ECC DMS through RFC / IDOC and make i view of DMS in CRM.

Pls. guide me the correct way for this
