we've found that ARCHIVELINK job was not running for some time and therefore CARA queue was not processed. During that time, users created print list spool requests to be archived. So we started the CARA processing manually again, but it created lot of failed storage requests with error:
"No spool information found"
It might be because print spool requests are periodically deleted on the SAP system, so before they could have been archived by (stopped) archivelink job, the spool requests were deleted. On the other hand, we can open the files described in OAM1 records as "File Name Spool" (e.g. NNNllNLL.SID) from operating system on SAP. And SAP reports the file as "File Accessible".
Is there any way how we can re-process the print list storage requests to finish their archiving please?
